There is a kind of exhaustion that has nothing to do with how much work you are doing. It comes from the decision you keep carrying.

The conversation you need to have, the prospecting block you keep moving, or the client situation you have not addressed continues taking energy in the background.

Decide reasonably

A good decision can still feel uncomfortable. The goal is not to eliminate discomfort. It is to stop letting discomfort make the decision for you.

Use a simple rule: if I have enough information to make a reasonable decision, I decide.

Move it into action

A decision without an action is often another form of thinking. Make the call, send the message, block the time, say no, or close the loop.

Choose one decision today, give yourself a specific finish line, and take the first action immediately after deciding.
