What we collect

We collect your first name, email address, and responses to the 25 behavioral questions in the Realtor Execution Audit. If you join the Field Notes newsletter, we also collect the business stage you select and the article where you signed up. If you apply for coaching, we collect your name, email address, annual commission-income range, execution challenge, and 90-day goal. If you contact us, we collect the information you provide in your message. We record audit completion status and report delivery events.

How we use it

We use your information to save your audit progress, calculate and deliver your report, improve the assessment, respond to contact requests and coaching applications, and send the newsletter you requested. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Audit, application, contact, and newsletter records are stored with access controls and are available only to authorized program administrators. Resume links contain a secure token; anyone with the link may be able to resume the audit, so keep it private.
